At NESCA, we understand that seeking answers for you or your child is both an emotional and financial commitment. Our goal is to provide the highest quality evaluations—and to help make this investment more accessible. That’s why we offer a range of tools and flexible payment options to reduce your out-of-pocket costs and empower you to get the care you or your child needs without delay.

At NESCA, we believe in clear, transparent, upfront communication about the cost of care.
Under federal law, health care providers are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected charges to individuals who are uninsured or who choose not to use their insurance. We provide this estimate as part of our scheduling process. You may also request one at any time before services are scheduled.
A Good Faith Estimate is a written estimate of the expected cost of your non-emergency health care services that are reasonably expected as part of your care. The estimate is based on the information available at the time it is prepared and may change if your recommended services change.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill through the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process. We encourage you to keep a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
