At NESCA, our psychoeducational counseling services support children, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, attention challenges, autism spectrum disorders, emotional regulation difficulties, or social challenges.
Counseling is individualized and may be short- or long-term based on each client’s needs. Our clinicians combine therapeutic support with practical education and skill-building to help clients:
Our clinicians use a range of evidence-based approaches and client-centered strategies to meet clients where they are and support meaningful growth.
NESCA takes a collaborative, whole-person approach that considers the important systems in a client’s life, including family, school, and community. Parent and caregiver involvement may also be incorporated through guidance sessions or participation in counseling sessions when appropriate.
