Several NESCA clinicians are authorized to conduct neuropsychological evaluations for individuals who cannot easily travel to our offices, including students at boarding schools or colleges, individuals in residential settings, and families living far from NESCA’s Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Florida offices.
Through PSYPACT®, NESCA clinicians can provide evaluations in 43 participating states and territories, offering the same individualized, high-quality care available at our offices.
While many PSYPACT-authorized evaluators work primarily virtually, NESCA clinicians prefer in-person assessment whenever possible. In-person evaluations allow for stronger rapport, more accurate behavioral observations, and a more comprehensive understanding of a student’s learning, developmental, and emotional profile. When needed, clinicians can also conduct local school or community observations and collaborate directly with boarding school or residential program staff to gather additional insight and strengthen recommendations.
Although virtual assessment may be appropriate in some cases, NESCA clinicians value the depth and reliability that in-person evaluations provide.
Out-of-state evaluations are billed at each clinician’s standard NESCA rate, with additional travel time and expenses applied when necessary.
